Splendidly renovated, it has reopened in its historical position, the oldest Hotel in Grado, in the town centre just a short distance from the sea. The hotel has only suites with a lounge, bedroom, bathroom and large balcony. The suites are all fitted with every possible modern comfort: satellite TV, telephone, safe, air conditioning, mini bar with fridge and hairdryer. There is a swimming pool and solarium on the seventh floor with a panoramic view and a garage on the first and on the second floor. A sunny Coffee bar is located on the ground floor as well as a large breakfast room.
