The cuisine is traditionally territoriale with dishes expertly reviewed, rich in fragrance and flavour. Reaturateur Mr. Gianni Gaddi has know since 1954 how to create his ambitious and simple empire. Now his son Massimo cotinues with his family. The cousine is tipically based on fish dishes and varies depending on the fish caught daily on the island.
