Since 1892 Grado is the Central European Beach, is halfway between Venice and Trieste, the only southward beach in the Adriatic Sea, offering a beautiful natural landscape, a fascinating history and tradition, the pleasures of the beach and the benefi ts of the spa. The access to the beach is possible for everyone. The beach sectors have special lanes for disabled persons – also for J.O.B. wheelchairs -, changing rooms, cold and warm showers, infirmary.
At disposal there are also swimming and windsurf classes, bowling, beach soccer, beach volley, children’ s playground, soccer ground and basketball pitch.
Directly on the beach: wakeup gym and aquagym classes, and for the kids there is the corner of the baby center.

You can fi nd the entertainment team of the G.I.T. also at the Thermal Water Park: a big swimming pool fi lled with sea water, 85 metres long, with 1,515 m2 of water surface for rest and body care.
Fun is guaranteed thanks to an amusement park, a 50 metres long water chute, two springboards, two submerged banks for air-bubble massage, three water jets from the bottom for “bubbler” massage, three wall-hydromassage groups, two water jets for waterfall massage, one whirlpool bath tub on panoramic balcony and an internet point.

Finally you can choose among a wide range of beauty and medical treatments at the Thermal Baths, at the Beauty Center or at the Fitness Center. Solarium and sand-bathing complete the program.
